Job Description:

1. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

Extol specializes in IT Security solutions for more than 30 years. In line with Extol’s expansion in the cloud solutions with a strong partnership with Alibaba Cloud, we are sourcing for capable candidate to promote the cloud and other managed IT solutions to the prospective clients in the region.

The Business Development Executive will work closely with Extol’s prospective clients in a consultative role to position Company’s cloud and IT security professional services and managed services solutions.


  • Promote Extol’s Cloud and IT security solutions to potential clients
  • Develop/formulate new business and revenue models to generate higher growth and margin opportunity
  • Gather client requirements and prioritize for both existing and future requirements
  • Answer client’s general product questions with a strong emphasis on delighting the customer
  • Manage business and sales development to include management of key clients and client activity
  • Negotiate client contracts
  • Develop long-term client relationships and have a strong “customer-first” philosophy
  • Identify the customer’s budget, timeline, decision making processes, and create buying vision with customers.
  • Assists with integrating Extol’s offering into client sites

  • 1 to 2 years of progressive sales experience and possess strong account and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in selling IT solutions, professional consulting services or managed services in cloud, IT security, web solutions, networking or other related services
  • A proven track record as a self-starter with ability to develop strong relationships with senior executives within targeted accounts
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Description

  • Responsible for designing the graphics and overall layout of the pages of a website in Wordpress.
  • Work closely with the team member to conceptualize, design and generate wireframe and mock-ups for new website and mobile application projects.
  • Responsible for technical and graphical aspect of websites and mobile applications.
  • Support the team in graphic design for products and other marketing materials e.g. brochures, leaflets, name cards when necessary
  • Responsible for the production on highly impressive artwork in timely manner.
  • Support and maintain and enhance existing web applications.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in web development and graphic design.
  • Possess at least a diploma or degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Advertising, Arts or other related fields

  • Good knowledge of WordPress. Strong knowledge of responsive web design.
  • Familiar with web and usability standards and guidelines

  • Act as either a Project Manager, Functional Analyst or Business Analyst subject to the size or the type of the project to be implemented, which is typically in-house software development.
  • Involve in both external and internal projects with recognized business analysis skillsets such as requirements analysis, business & system solutions determination, anticipating on any changes of scopes and requirements, prepare functional specifications, coordinate SIT, UAT and training events between functional teams and the clients.
  • Be responsible for the creation and distribution of complete project plans, related documentation, and reporting requirements to all project stakeholders, internal and external to Management Team.
  • Responsible for all systems deliverables, checking for quality, completeness and adherence to SDLC; Overall responsible for delivery of systems projects to be on time and on budget.
  • Working closely with the following parties:
    Engaging business stakeholders – for business requirements
  • Involving regional systems team – Application, infrastructure, Security / Governance Leads – for guidance, inputs and delivery on all aspects of systems delivery from business case stage through to analysis, design and implementation

  • Develop all the necessary documentations throughout the SDLC
  • Lead quality tester and trainer on the undertaking project
  • Act as a key contact between internal departments, partners, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Act as a stakeholder in business operations support processes assisting the support team in terms of knowledge transition, justifying the change, upkeep latest version of functional documents/information after the project is delivered.
  • Reviewing project estimates during business case stage
  • Develop and determine status frequency, deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation along with risks, contingency plans, and roadblocks to project stakeholders and team
  • Reporting systems stream progress to the project working committee, escalating any issues/risks for attention/guidance/resolution to Project Director


  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience, of which at least 1 year in Project Management or Business Analyst position
  • Technical background with minimum application development experience
  • Experience in managing a medium to large sized team, and managing production support for multiple applications
  • Confident, detailed, committed, good time management, leadership and communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Job Description:

  • Configure and maintain servers, storage and networks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to install, use and configure various Linux Operating Systems, such as CentOS, Redhat, Ubuntu, Debian.
  • Experience with web application environments, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, CDN, routing, load balancing.
  • Experienced in configuring & operating Linux, Nginx, Tomcat, Varnish is a must.
  • Experience of configuring and managing deployments on Cloud platforms such as AliBaba, Amazon or Linode Cloud
  • Thorough knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewall
  • Experienced with cloud orchestration, configuration management and auto-scaling techniques
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and ability to restore faulty servers to working condition.

  • Lead development teams in delivering technical solutions, especially in the Internet Portal, Mobile Application, E-Commerce system and other latest digital platforms development.
